Force Communications and Consultants, LLC, was formed not only to represent buyers and sellers in the area of broadcast station sales, but with the intent to work with some of the greatest broadcaster owners and simply put, friends of ours that we want to assist in the growth of their companies. Force also grew out of an idea that John Pierce and Hal Gore discussed at length at various times in 1990 and in 1992. Both Gore and Pierce were experienced in media brokerage; Pierce with his own company, and Gore formerly with H.B. Larue, media brokers. It was their feeling however, that the firm needed another broadcast executive who had major management experience, which led quickly to the completion of the firm with John Lauer joining the group. John Lauer has had great broadcast sales and management experience with CBS, Jacor and other notable companies throughout his broadcast career.

Since its formation in 1993, Force Communications has been involved in more than 100 million dollars in radio and television sales. Most of the clients of Force have felt comfortable with the company representing both the buyer and the seller in their various transactions. Our quest for the unique sale with complete confidentiality has worked for our clients repeatedly over the past 4 years. Every agreed to sale that has gone to contract with Force Communications has closed which an enviable record in the business of radio and television brokering. Integrity is an overused word, but the partners in Force have worked long and hard for the good name that each has within the industry.
